very nice skin, was using alpha os at first but this one is much less... attention drawing, yet looks nice.. good work ^^
one question i have is what font is used?? i'd like to change my aim fonts and desktop fonts to match it if possible
also one thing is quick launch has no mouseover effect, a little confuing (not sure if it's intentional)

All this needs is Winamp and Trillian skins to match, and it would be perfect. (why can't thses skinned apps just have a no skin option that allows the app to use whatever the system is using?)
