I'll continue to try and find the problem from this end but if anyone has any idea why this could be happening I'd appreciate the help.
AtOMiCALeRt, which maximize buttton are you talking about the main window or the MDI window buttons?

New screeny shows ShellStyles working correctly as well as a GuideSign IconPackager Theme which I'm working on. There's also a GuideSign DX Calendar(pending permission), Weather (pending permission), System Meters, Clock, Imagine Clock (pending permission) and some other goodies in the bag not pictured.
