I like that frosty blue look. Silver_Bird has a wall called bulbous blue that would go good with it.

Citizen ae4713 . It will make its own folder. Open Wb configuration from the system tray. Click on "install skin from disk" (top right) and navigate to the zip file and press open. It should then be available. Highlight it and click on "apply this skin now"

Boxy looking but smooth, the colors of choice is soothing, I just don't like seeing the MSN butterfly in the start but that's minor, didn't see any problems so far testing out areas of it. Great Job with this!
