I like the look but man this skin does some weird stuff on dual-monitors. When I drag visual studio from one monitor to the other, the left half of the window just disappears until I have the whole window on the other monitor and then it reappears. When I maximize the window, it forces it to the left hand monitor regardless of where I maximize it from. I've never seen these symptoms with any other skin. If I switch back to another skin, it works fine.

KarmaGirl. Originally the top was animated like a crankshaft on a 6 cylinder engine but after a while it drove me crazy.

Honestly I think that the Start menu/button style con't "match" with the close/minimize/etc buttons. But they are great!
