1) "All Programs" choice doesn't show up in the start menu - you have to know that it's there to be able to select it.
2) The min/max/close buttons should be spaced just a little farther apart - too easy to hit the wrong one with the current spacing.

Objectbar does not see the custom colours of any Windowblinds skin (maybe a new feature? OB devs are you reading? One solution would be use SkinStudio to make a new subskin and recolour that.
Or learn to love blue LOL

Please, explain me, how have you made this Start menu...
Is it ObjectBar? If it is, icons are in PNG format? and how can I use this format in ObjectBar?
In other words, I wanna the same start menu with possibility to use PNG icons

Its not ObjectBar, its all Windowblinds. I don't know the ins-and-outs of ObjectBar to know if you can do the same thing. Try it and let us know
