This is cool, and am DLing now, but I have a question for all the skinners. I am not a skinner, but a great admirer of the things you guys and girls do, but what happened. Used to, StyleXP skins were 3 or 4 MB's, now Windowblinds are, and they used to be just a few kb's. Not trying to make anyone mad, just ?confused. Course I've been that way most of my life, especially the '60's, or at least what I remember of it. Peace. Hippie

3 MB + for a skin is a bit steep IMO. Looks nice though

Two of your bitmaps, TaskBarBackground2-vert and TaskBarBackground3-vert add up to 3Mb - I should downsize those considerably for the sake of 56k users

The wood part is excellent in and of itself, but personally I would make the copper more burnished and warm. Nice skin tho.

I always thought birdseye maple would make a nice wood theme 
Add in some light green background and you'd have my kitchen cabinets and countertop scheme.
Really though...
Good first shot at wood; not an easy texture to make. Thx for sharing.
