The bar in the screenshot is called msn dashboard. It comes with msn explorer. To get it you need to download msn 9. www.join.msn.com you can also find alternative bars like msn by typing on search dashboard.

Hello for those who dosen't know my Skin is a port of the new MSN 9 explorer software and It's MSN Messenger 6. The branding is part of the concept of porting to visual style.I have MSN 9 and i dicided to make the entire windows XP look like MSN thats where this idea come from.
Currently i'm remastering images to make this skin look better and realy professnial done. So if you like this now keep coming here for updates. I will try to update my work periodically as i'm novice at this and still learning.
I would like to thank you all for all this awsome compliments on my work.

You got right ideas. Here is my idea. Why dont you creat a classic skin like start bar is like a gold chain and start and every title bar is like a chain of golf. Or something like a forest i.e. start bar looks like a log of tree and when open program menu there are branches. I think you got my point.
