I figured out what the button problem is. Your buttons have an inactive frame which occupies part of the area normally reserved for the button. The result is that the buttons are smaller than specification. Thus, the cursor goes to the correct area but does not home on the actual border.

Thanks alot now its clear as crystal ,You just woke me up. I guess I was sleeping when I read yr 1st comment...yes it is CORRECT as I was wondering why my cursor is away from the button too.Thanks alot Ridge Runner I would NEVER NEVER figure this out by myself.

I am speachless, words can not describe how great this skin is, it is just that good.

Icons in WB I think it belongs to Fauxs-XP(Call for Help) any how I do not remember where I have uploaded them but in IconPacker the info says Fauxs-XP and
