It's cool, but needs more consistency ...
The start panel etc is very different to the rest, and where does the luminous green come from? I like the windows style tho!

I'm still trying to figure out what to do with the start panel. I'm also figureing out why the bottom won't show up. I know it's in cluded in the skin.

A strange mix of styles. The Start Menu, Logoff/Shutdown dialogue boxes and shell styles don't match at all.
You need to be consistent and skin a lot more elements to have a successful skin. Sorry but this is just not vey good...
