It seems 'unfinished'
The min/max/- all buttons don't seem to fit the rest of the skin.
I would suggest redoing the buttons and updating.

A very different design here. The only problem for me is that the metal design on the start menu etc. is very dark and it is difficult for me to read anything. Keep up the good work.

I think it is the best menu i have seen for some time, a lot of thought has gone into it. It just needs some nice icons, wallpaper and a cursor to go with it.

Big contrast ( judging by screenshot ) makes it harder to read text.

Actually- yes, I do. This tile was taken from a site on the net the expressly said to use it for any purpose other than adding to a collection of tiles- which I have not done. )

Did anyone notice that the person who said it 'Kinda Sucks' has the first name of DICK?! Ha! So you do have an "edge" besides all the "soft" stuff. I didn't even realize that this was an Annejillian at first. I like the grays. I'll be using it. But didja havta put Pooh on the screenshot?! )

c242 its a tileing wallpaper found here http://grsites.com/textures/metal001.shtml the site hosts "freely distributeable walls" tho it may be in poor taste to use other artists "Free" material.
