Hmm... some areas look unfinished. For example, it looks like you need to set the Sizing Margins for the Places List background image in the Start Panel. That's just the first thing I picked up, there are other smaller things that need to be worked on.

I really like this! The button and framing margins need work but I can do that myself. Good work.

I am having a problem with this skin ? There is no preview in the window and when I click apply it has a flat start menue with no balloons in the start menue. What could be causeing this to happen ? Looks very nice in the picture

I was having the same problem. Yet, I just downloaded it the old fashion way. I went to the website and clicked on download. Then let it install itself. It's working fine. I really like the skin myself. It's a breath of fresh air. Spring is coming.
