I love your sysmetrix skins and look forward to some wb skins from you 
The Min/Max/Close buttons dont seem to fit., I wold make them more 'shiney' like your sysmetrix look, and I agree with Grayponey, they should be up a couple pixels. and perhaps Raised, not sunken.
The red dots dont seem to fit well either - maybe a simple button for that in black?

tnx nutshell, the min/max/etc. buttons are up now so they fit better. Your suggestion about another kind of buttons is worth checking out so that's what I'm gonna do.

I really like this one. Elegant and very useable. The modifications made this skin even better.

Nice skin, but the roll-up has issues (bottom left corner is chopped off). Nice color scheme.
