It's a little difficult to make any comments, positive or negative based on the screenshot.
So.. my first suggestion would be to portray your submission with a better screenshot.

I agree with Phoon. Its just another advertisement to me. Put up a real screenshot and you may get better results.

Very nice colours, particularily like the titlebar and buttons. It needs a lot more work before it can be used. Please continue to work on it as it has lots of good potential.

Ya I agree with all the nagative comments. Thanks everyone! I don't agree with the shoe ad thing, but that was the purpose of the skin. A friend asked me to make him a skateboarding related skin, and I went to the DC website and had an idea. Ya this does need a little work (antialiasing) but ya thanks!

Does it have to be an ad to be a skateboard related skin though? I tried the skin, not bad and has potential, but I don't use skins that are ads. 
However,obviously not everyone agrees with me since the Xbox, NVidia, Zippo, etc skins are quite popular.

I've just added another screenshot. I agree with Phoon, NightTrain2002 and macrobaye. Ya it should be up soon . I made this skin so long ago, so my newer skins that I finish should look better. I'll try and create an aqua skin for this .

The skins are cool. This brings a brighter look to windows xp. the authors have done a very great job. I wish I can be like them one day, I'm training to be a programmer at present.

looks good. id like it alot more if the taskbar were smaller and the the start button was a bit different. i like the boreder layout though!

I'm buying an apple, so you won't see any more work from me. I know this was cheap and needed some work, but my dad wiped the computer. I'm getting my iBook in like 3-5 weeks and there's no point in having my work on this computer. He took this computer to Future Shop and wiped it. I can't even have my own account.
