This is a Very, Very Nice Skin.
I have seen very few, skins, that can pull off the color yellow. The Slight frosted, look is very well done.

I looked a long time here on WinCustomize for a useful, prodigious, skin. This one fills the need and then some. Multicolor choices! Super! LOL I only had to change the tool tip color cause white/gray strained my eyes.
