This looks like you must be just beginning to skin Windowblinds. You have a good start...you have a theme and the black seems to go with the pirate theme. I am not a skinner, so I appreciate anyone who even TRIES them! 
I think the gray window background stands out a little too much. Maybe a little bit darker of a gray? But then you need to make your font more easily readable, too. This is a "swash-buckling" beginning.

oh ya, i m newba in skinstudio, thx comments chyle and bad. My first idea are modification admin bar wit xadrz table and continous blocks when pressioned programs in tasjbar, but a lot of bugs in skinstudio or my experience
