after using skin for 2 hours i can say i cant find any problems whatsoever,very well done,thanks for sharing

I really like the color scheme and close min/max and restore are nice too.
Might I suggest using the same mouseover in the start menu that you are using in the moreprograms menu. It would also be nice to see the mouse over in dropdown menus. Thats might be just my preference though. I really like skin.
