Bluesky - love the red and gold theme very cool dragon stuff all around. May I suggest white text under the "favorites" menu - when scrolling down? My copy reads black text while all other menus read in white. It is minor but it might help in judging. Do you have a dragon"isk" toolbar coming? Thank you for sharing

I'm back, but I don't think I'll get better anytime soon. I'm tracked in a fantasy world. The thing is I'm happy there. This kind of skin can only be seen in the fantasy world. Oh Boy!

Oops, I found an error. The groupbox text is white and the background is white too. This makes the group box ions unreadable except by mouseover. You can open multiple windows in windows explorer or Internet Explorer and when they group on the taskbar you can see what I mean. You probably want the text black.
The location in Skin Studio is Taskbar/Taskbar Group Menu/Background. The text color and normal color need to be set to black.

Wow! Youve done an incredible job. I like the ornaments a lot! I think we could use some more national and ethnic skins of that quality.
That said, I do not think you've tried your skin on vertical taskbar - the buttons does not stretch properly, also the vertical taskbar tray arrow is Luna Blue
Were the tabs (it also almost applies to buttons) ment to be just Luna tabs or did you just forget change them?
As to the link for the full set - youmay want to put wallpaper and other parts on Wincustomize and link from there, I am not into chinese so i do not know if you liked it anywhere from your site but since GUIO forbids releasing the skin anywhere else before the end of the competition, you may want to remove the parts beeing into this competition from the zip (if they are in it).
I hope you won't find my comments nit picking, I really like the skin!
