Very nice skin, however I have a problem with the buttons being at the botom, when a winodw is maximized they disappear behind the taskbar and I can nolonger access them. I have the taskbar set with autohide off.

I like this skin so I hope this problem can be solved: I use Windows Media Player 9 and use the mini player, the one that runs in the task bar. Alas, the menus on the mini player are all fuzzy. Not sure why, but playlists etc are unreadable.

Hi Gecho,

My problems may be related to my graphics card / driver. I have a 64MB DDR Nvidia GeForce4 Ti4200 and I am using Nvidia driver version 56.64 which was released in March this year.

I use Windows Media mini player all the time and have never had an issue with it except when using this skin the menus are all fuzzy and unreadable. The problem with the window disappearing behind the taskbar can be returned above the taskbar by double clicking as pointed out by hien62, but it makes the skin less usable.

alphaprime .. read down a few comments from yours, that will tell you how to fix the fuzzy menu's you are experiencing ...

Just turn off menu backgrounds

yes, turning off menu backgrounds fixed it. But this is a setting for all WB skins, so I believe that something is not 100% right with this skin as I don't have fuzzy menus with other skins

alpha-prime, the problem is caused by programs that force their own menu text settings, rather than accepting them from the skin. This isn't noticable with skins that use a light menu background color, but I have used a dark color, which makes the text unreadable. It's the price of doing something different. The only way to correct it is to petition the makers of those programs and demand that they follow Windows application design standards.

Thanks MikeB314.

If Windows Media Player is not following the Windows application design standards then what hope have we got?

So clean.... so crisp..... so good.... so how the hell do you do it? This is one of those skins that every new AND old skinner should look at to see how it SHOULD be done. Thanks Mike.

Wonderful Skin !! My new favorite! However, could you create a version that has the window controls on the upper right? Some of my software doesn't like the lower right controls. Otherwise, fantastic skin!

MikeB314, this is the best skin I have ever seen so far! Thanks for the good work!

alpha-prime, it seems, I have successfully fixed the fuzzy menu problem, by changing the menu colors of the classic colors to mach the skin colors in Skin Studio.

We all love this design and everything about it. I dream of a subskin with the (min, max) buttons at the top. I really, I'm saying again really, really love this skin, but using it with the buttons at the bottom is a serious problem about using the skin. When I have no work to do, I would just look at it 'cause it really is beautiful.
