Second, just an FYI, this skin takes custom colors very gracefully. I have it set to pale lavender and it looks terrific!

Detailed, but not abusing. Excelent for everyday work, with the buttons where they should be.
It's like when you're using it, quite soon you stop noticing it (which is ment as a compliment) - thoug you still feel cheered up by it all the time looking at your screen pleasant and soothing screen.
Makes me enjoy every tabbed dialog and every menu that's been dropped down!

Instructions :
1) Unzip both files from the downloaded .zip into this skins folder (windowblinds folder\Ealm)
2)Unload WindowBlinds (right click on tray icon and click on "Unload Windowblinds"
3) Start WindowBlinds either from the Windowblinds config program or display properties (just apply the skin)
End. Now You have successfully participated in the skin creation process
