Adambiu please return to Stardock Object desktop Browser and uninstall your Windowblinds and then reboot your system. If you have a maint.tool for checking and cleanup of the registry - do so and the return to Stardock Browser to reinstall your Window Blinds and be sure to reboot the computer after install - even if the program does not ask you too. Run your registry cleanup again and the download and save to disk on the desktop - install CP28 from disk and make your preferences in WB setup for the WB you choose and apply the changes. Window Blinds will have to be unloaded to uninstall and then reinstall. You are having GUI registry conflict!
