The sceenshot has not been altered at all from the theme styles and colors. I would say check your gamma settings in WB

Very nice! I really like the way the task bar color almost appears to have a velvet texture to it. The color shades are excellent.

The update only installs the Compact version but not allowed to choose colors. Also, if you try to apply the skin, it goes into the Windows 2000 look and title bars disappear and other ugly things happen. Try again. It looks like it would be nice.

A bug in there? As soon as I loaded the skin the screen started shaking. Odd. Nice skin though, but shame I can't use it with the constant shaking!!
