Did you extract the contents of the zip file? Inside the zip file is the Lila.iptheme file. Double-click on it to open it in IconPackager.

The wallpaper is inside the skin. If you have WindowBlinds set to apply wallpaper with the skin, it'll apply it (Basic Settings > Enhance Desktop elements > Apply any wallpaper supplied) or you can locate the Lila.bmp file in the Lila XP folder and apply it manually.
The buttons at the top of the screenshot is ObjectDock Plus http://www.objectdock.com with the Lila icons. I've submitted all the Lila icons that I've converted (from sVG), to the ObjectDock section. As of this time they have not been approved yet.

NyyteCream: LOL Don't worry, I've already submitted my 500+ Lila PNG pack for ObjectDock. I'm just waiting for approval. But if you wish, the KDE icons are already in PNG format, but the Gnome icons are in SVG format. To view those and convert them to PNG (which is what I did with more than 500 icons!), you'll need Inkscape (free) http://www.inkscape.org. It has an export (to PNG) command. If you then want Windows ICO files, you'll need Axialis IconWorkshop (free trial) http://www.iconworkshop.com/, which will allow you to batch convert the PNG files.

looking forward on that gnome foot if you need the foot just give me your email add and ill send it to you but i think you've got the resources so hope you'll released it soon
and one more request if you dont mind.. to complete it all by adding an animation for downloading copying files and that would be a kickass Package

I'd love to do the animations, but I've no clue what program to use for that. Can't I just create an animated GIF and then convert it to AVI???

I use version 4.3!
I just install it on mine laptop but it's the same, I use res. 1400x1050 32 bits and @home 1280x1024. I have try it on other resolution, but its the same...

Dudeboy: Check your font settings under Display Properties > Appearance > Advanced > Other Advanced Controls. Make sure you don't have some fonts set to a large size. That's all I can think of that it might be.

oh id love to see that foot there can you make one for me pls pls pls.. and ive noticed that only the IE got the toolbar theme but when i open the windows explorer its still the default toolbar icon.. so i just use yztoolbar for a while using my lila theme..

jcrizzy: First go into the WindowBlinds configuration and delete Lila XP. Then go into the WindowBlinds root folder and delete the Lila XP folder. Then re-download the skin and try again.

I have only 1 problem en that is, that mine text for ALL PROGRAMS is very large if i compare with foto of your theme.. I don't know what to do?
