Ooooh, I like this. Very simple and sleek. However, I think the All programs menu is a little plain. Would it be possible to have the selected/hover/whatever color the same as the normal background and just make the letters glow? The same with the All Programs on the start menu. I really think that would seal the deal as far as this being a superb skin. Also, the taskbar items seem a bit, well, plain, now that I look at it. But those I'm sure I can live with
