Nice skin - the work on the titlebar (including inactive look) is very nice. Text vs. background contrast is nice also.
One small issue (other than the start menu issue) that I would have in trying to use this skin is with the Taskbar: it's hard to determine which program is active by just looking at it. I also think that the scrollbars look a little funny - with the wide square arrows, but the thin position marker, as compared to the titlebar buttons. If they were all sized the same width, the skin would look consistent.
Nonetheless, it's still a nice skin. Light, easy to read... good job.

Forgive me but I am new to this. I have downloaded the style and desktop background but how do I load the Rainlendar & Rainmeter. I downloaded both but don't know what to do with them....

Euph0ria, sorry for the delay, if the Rainmeter and the Rainlendar are installed in your computer, just un-zip the skins and put the unziped folders in the Rainlendar and Rainmeter skins folders.
