The curors have been mentioned before. They will be coming, the original author has been away for the past while so I'm trying to find another author who is up for the job.
The animations and toolbar buttons should be applied with the theme when you apply it. If not check in your WB config under the 'My animations, or My Toolbar icons' tabs and make sure the theme is selected.
For those that have the theme working and enjoy it, I'm very glad.
For those that are having problems not viewing substyles ect, delete the original folder, I think it's the cause of your problems.
