Very nice skin! I really like the extra program access buttons next to the titlebar buttons. The colors used are nice and work well together. Light and fluffy!
There are some issues. In addition to the scrolled up window problem, the top of the vertical scrollbar is not as clean looking as the bottom of it. The right frame has a defect? in it on the inside about a 10th the way down, and the right hand bottom corner has an overlap mark. Also the text in the All Programs in the Start Menu is hard to read here.
Overall, I like the skin. It's worth trying out and using. Keep up the good work!
