LOL over a thousand downloads and only a few comments makes it harder for a skinner to improve without feedback ya reckon? LOL.. Nice job mate.

A good blue skin. This one feels more finished, but it does feel a bit confused - in that it's not consistent in applying the idea behind the skin.
I have found some graphical issues that you will probably want to check out. The Start Button image seems to have an issue in the upper right of it. The easiest way to find some of the window frame problems is to find a program that you can take a screenshot of and blow up easily. The program that I use is PuTTy Secure Shell client (Google for it). It's a small program and generates a small window with lots of details that you can zoom over and find some of the issues.

OK, since you've been seeking comments.
The buttons and other controls are a winner. The property tabs. But I don't really like the gradient on the title bar, the task and scroll bars. Too sudden, it almost seems like my display is 256 colors instead of 32-bit.
Otherwise, much better than I could have ever done.
