Very nice skin. The titlebar buttons are exceptionally well done - the mouseover to red is very nice for those buttons. The metallic look of other buttons is also a nice touch. The flashing taskbar button in red and smaller size makes it very noticeable.
One graphical issue that I see - the graphic where "All Programs" resides in the Start Menu is offset a few pixels to the left. The roll up size looks incomplete - it could be rolled up more or less - right now, it just cuts off the menu text.
Overall, another good skin that you've produced. Perfect for those who love blue and metallic skins.

I really don't understand why you see the "all programs" bitmap a few pixels to the left, it looks perfect in my computer.

Best skin I found so far good job. I like the simple colors and the red which is really good at alerting me about a MSN'er.

I seldom submit comments but in this case I must. Cyberskin is one of the cleanest and most day-to-day user friendly skins I've ever seen. What you've done here is beyond the work of a mere artist as you clearly understand the subtlties that make life easier for those of us who spend all day staring at a computer screen.
My co-workers always ask why my sceens look so much better than theirs...I just shoot over to wincustomize and bring up your skin list.
