If you encounter a "rtl60.bpl not found" error - you need to download that file from http://fromelard.free.fr/Scripts/VCL_liste/rtl60.bpl Link and place it in your Windows\system32 folder. It is part of the Borland runtime and is normally installed by skinstudio.

okay.. i've been through the window blinds section like 100 times since i've bought it, i haven't found one that i really like, and is my style.. finally 3 months later.. i found one that looks appealing to the eye, and is my style.. Tiggz you are definatetly one of my favorite "authors" if i used the term correctly, bad english.. anyway, i'm totally looking forward to future and upcoming work from you..

wait, im a newb and im confused, from reading all the responses..is there a definite way to fix the loss of text on white backgrounds? other than that- this is perhaps the most wonderful windows skin ive come across..

To "fix" the text "problem" click on the innermost button on the left hand side of the title bar. That will change to the lighter version which was built especially for that purpose. If you get an error message then you need to downlosd the file Tiggz mentioned earlier in these comments (about four earlier). Or you can open the wb configuration window and select the light version.

Hey there Tiggz!! I love this skin!! but i can't seem to use your substyle changer, I know all I need to do is download and install the rtl60.bpl file ,don't you wish everyone read the whole post before posting a question 
. My only problem is the site your linked to is no longer functioning and the site that PeterBorszek posted (www.nabe-e.com/support/app/rtl60.bpl) is still causing errors. Its now telling me this file is not a valid windows image (bad dll?). If you or anyone else out there has a good link please post it. Thanks again for making this rockin skin and all the dx add-ons!!!!

One question - For some applications, like adobe illustrator, nothing seems to clear up the tool bars that are all way too dark. I can remove the skin color scheme to fix it but then the rest of the skin suffers. I've tried using the per application setting to avoid certain apps but does not seem work either. Any thoughts?

I use adobe products daily and yes, it is a bit of a pain how they skin themselves. I use the light substyle, which helps a little bit. At the risk of over-promoting my own "product line"
you could try SkinChanger https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=34&SkinID=235 , a dx widget that can sit in your systray and be used to switch between wb skins rapidly, and then switch to a more adobe friendly skin when using those apps. Sorry I can't be more helpful - GT3 is a dark skin and Adobe products just don't really seem to like dark skins.

great skin Tiggz! Exactly what i've been looking for. One problem i have though...the throbber does not seem to install!!! It still has the old windows logo there! This totally ruins it! any way to fix it?

how the hell do i apply my skin once i've downloaded it man!!! it just comes in a zip file for crying out loud. why isn't there a more simplified way to just add these themes to the theme manager!!???grrrr....help!

Canales27 - it's not a zip file it's a wba file. I am guessing you have sp2 installed which can screw up dls and rename them. Rename the file to GT3.wba and dbl click on it and it will install automatically.
thejoshpass - for the throbber to take effect I think you have to either reboot or restart explorer.

i am also having the same problem as canales27. i cannot seem to get it to save as a .wba file. the way you explained to fix it has not worked, any other suggestions?

Can anyone help me with a problem with the substyle changer? When I first clicked on it, the wallpaper disappeared. I tried to reapply by right-clicking the desktop, and went into properties, but it shows that the background is there. All I have is a single color background now...the pics will not show.
