Mind your language.
If you have trouble downloading try right-click and save-as.

This skin is a Windowblinds skin....GT3.wba, a re-suffixed archive file [zip]
If you download it and double click on it it self-installs into the Windowblinds program for you.
If you have service pack 2 in XP then it 'may' save to your drive as GT3.zip in which case rename it to GT3.wba and 'open with' and browse to the Windowblinds proggy and again it will install.

Paul - GT3-skinchanger.exe is a dx pro widget that comes with the download and is run when the 2nd titlebar button from the left is clicked. It reads the registry to find the windowblinds install path, then in turn it calls WbRemote.exe with the correct parameters for switching substyles on the fly.
Thueskeuh - the widget is written with some basic error checking that will cause it to close without trying to change substyles if it encounters an unknown error, such as if it cannot find the information it requires in the registry. Can you tell me what happens when you click the substyle changing button? If nothing is happening then I guess the widget ran into an unforseen circumstance and closed itself down. In this instance I am afraid you will have to change substyles the old fashioned way. Alternatively, are you receiving an error message of any kind?
Or, is that you have downloaded the file as a zip and are clicking on GT3-skinchanger.exe directly? It is not supposed to be run in this manner and will simply open up invisibly, and then close itself. If you have XP sp2, then this could be the case. As Jafo has suggested you will then need to rename the downloaded zip to GT3.wba and install in the normal manner.

chipps007 - first button top left is a pin on top button, it will make the window stay above other windows.
I had an email about rtl60.bpl, I believe it is an error with WbRemote.exe, something to do with a missing component of delphi or somesuch. Unfortunately I didn't create WbRemote.exe and don't really know what the error message means. My first suggestion would be to try reinstalling windowblinds, and if that doesn't fix it then maybe look for help on the windowblinds newsgroup. WbRemote.exe was created by Stardock and perhaps one of the developers will see a post on the wb newsgroup about it and be able to help.
