Sorry, but if I wanted a theme named "Allah", I'd look for one. No offense to any Muslims, but I don't care too much for the "sneaky-ness" of it.
Plus, as the others said, it's really difficult to read, and the pattern on the active title bars is, well.... Sorry!

I tried to download this skin. Yet, I get a message saying: There appears to be no .uis file. Can anyone shed some light. I would love to use this.

I'm assuming you are just changing the .zip extention to .wba, if so, there's your problem. The .wba file is IN the zip, so you need to open the zip, then extract the .wba folder to your theme's folder.
Hope that's all it was..

Why bother w/design there is absolutely none -nodda-nill in this concept fair but the age old querry "is where in the blazes is the COLOR ? " sorry for the shout but I get SO darned depressed just looking at all the same-ol color range white-gray-blue-black ....the color spec. is vast why not use it sometime...not just you but to all the rest of the talented skinners out there.. you have talent just please don't be afraid to use some color

i not fussed with the black themes as it always think it's bed time when i look at it, this theme certainly behind it's time i think windows vista (2006) looks more like (2020) while this theme some how looks (1995) gone wrong. i know i can't make a theme myself but i give you a point or two for trying (giving it a go).
