I dig the colours, too, but I think the skin could use some refinement. Personally, I'd like a little less thick titlebars nd a bit more contrast in the active colour scheme, perhaps throw in a couple complimentary colours with more or less saturation to provide definition and "pop" to some of the elements.
I like it, though, certainly a step in the right direction!

Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions. I am flattered by the idea of uploading the wallpaper when all I did was apply a variety of filters in photoshop to the basic skin colours so that when I applied the WB skin, the desktop was a match. I assure you that no "artistry" was involved
