Very nice for a first attempt. I have to agree with Psynex on those shutdown buttons, though.

really nice work!. Note, I saw some magic pink on the borders of the Please wait Dialog, other than that, great first Blind!

I noticed the pink logoff/shutdown dialog borders too. Great skin though, very original and well executed

Beatufiful skin Olaf! I'm not usually into this type of look but you've pulled it off very well. Love all the detail you put into it. Great work.
I do wonder thuogh, why you didn't use the same glossy gradients on the taskbar buttons and systray.
I also noticed that the horizontal taskbar resize image and the spin buttons are missing.

Very nicely done!
A few small things... When the taskbar is unlocked, the top is blue and the log off buttons are the original XP buttons, and the magic pink in the please wait dialog has already been pointed out by others. A few more parts could be skinned to make this perfect though, like shell style pictures, tool bar icons and throbber.
