i think that the important thing in a skin is the design and performance
and the colour is a secondery matter
waiting for your comment about the design and included program
they are the important ones for the concept of this skin
then i promise to think about the colour

Need to change mouse over colors for start menu, all programs, menus, blue does not look good. Start is spelt wrong on start button.
Black buttons are mostly unreadable.

the file you downloaded is a zipped file that contains a .wba file (the Skin) And another zipped file which is the Alive PC program
unzip the original file first
then install the the skin file using the normal method
then unzip the second program file which contains two files one to install & the other to uninstall
setup the program normaly to recall your pc to life & to uninstall run the uninstall file located in the "alive pc program" zipped file (second file) it is so simple windows will tell you that the existing media files is newer than the ones you are trying to install and asks you what you want to do so choose to overwrite the newer files with the older ones (the old windows media files) , you're welcome
