Congrats on giving making WB skins a go. They're not easy to make. That aside, the graphics style needs some work. Filters in graphics proggies are fine, a lot of WB skins have been made using them, but a lot of WB skins made using them aren't all that great. Take your startmenu, where is the light source supposed to be coming from? You've got all highlight and no shadow. I don't know which graphics program you are using, but try googling for some tutorials, there are a ton of them out there and they help a lot. I know, I used plenty of them. Keep banging away at it. If you need a place to post WIP (Work In Progress) skins and some help, go to Skinartistry Workshop. The crew over there are great and very helpful.
