If you add to the "userChrome.css" file this couple of lines, you will get a matching blue colour to the header:
.treecol-text {
color: #8AD9EE !important;
}
See http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/edit for information how to locate the file. The icons are still dark, but I am looking into how you can change them too. I'll post a short article. Hopes this helps a little for those of you using this skin and Thunderbird.

VERY nice looking skin. I'm missing a setting some where due to a lack of caffeine and can not get my toolbar buttons to show up with the black circle for the button; they're flat with the green/blue skin color. What am I overlooking?

Meowy and Arckon: I don't know what you guys are talking about with the font consistancy. I used arial for everything. The only places you don't see arial are the places that Windows controls the font. There are some old font presets in the skin that have a different font face, but none of them are being used... only arial.
