It really looks great but... i can't install it!
i download it and there a message down the screen that tells me that a new theme has been installed and to apply it i need to go to appearnce tab in display properties. It's not there!! What to do?!?
Please help me!!

Ok. This is THE best skin I have used. 
There's only one thing I would like to ask. 
On the start menu, could you take the spinning brain off? Its kind of freaking me out.
Oh and you get a 5 from me!

To PixelPirate: 1000 Stars. Great Blind! Only reason I haven't used it was because I couldn't get IP3 to work. Got IP3 working now. This is really the kind of setup that screams for all parts to be working. It is FABULOUS!!!

Forgot to mention that if you use Opera (Hope everyone got their registration numbers) the browser skins itself to the Encoded look. Use Windows Native setting. Very cool.
