This is a rather pleasing skin. Seems well assembled and easy on the eyes.
Love the Shell Style images and especially the Control Panel look.
Only one issue that I see. The mouse over image of All Programs hangs off the left side of the start menu.
Overall, a good job.

The problem Phoon pointed out for All Programs is the transparency in it you are trying to use. It is just showing nothing not matching the edge as you intended. There is not a effect setting for per pixel alpha for all programs arrow. I colored the left end of third image same as the others 2, fixed it up. If you really look you can see it is not transparent but most would never notice.
Personal taste not keen on blue text but can easily fix.

At last, a NEW LONGHORN skin, I have awaited this new Longhorn for a while, there were plenty coming out for StyleXP, good to see one for WindowBlinds, and a very pleasing skin it is too, very well done, look forward to any imrovements you may make on this skin.Silver Surver

There's something about the original skins, they always seem right for some reason. I have already found my love, 'Encoded'. This one i must use as well. You have great talent and I will enjoy using this one with passion. Thanks for sharing this babe.

A correction to those who thought that the mouse over image HANGS, well, that is actually an issue about the transparency i added on the more program button 
. that is suppose to be the one i have to fix 
but got a little busy with my Feasibility Studies(
. anyway,i will update it within the next 24 hours. for those who can fix that, please do so. I hope it won't be a bother.

well, i think you can find the icons here in Wincustomize. if i am not mistaken it is called longhorn.... some way or the other. anyway, go to the iconpackager gallery. it is bound to have it there. that i am sure.. thanks

This is a very well constucted skin. The only flaw I see in it is more likely a progam flaw rather than a build flaw. when I access the start menu with a fullscreen window behind it, the transparancy shows the desktop not the window behind the start menu.
