I really can't answer that question. 
. Most of the work I upload tends to get a 5 or a 6 out of 10, (3 stars), regardless of how poor or good it may be.Then it may improve over a few weeks. the max I've had so far is 7 out of 10. I think it has a lot to do with popularity as well.
It seems that some of the more popular & dare I say it, better skilled ( ), authers could upload a pencil drawing of a toilet brush & still get awarded a straight 5 stars.
Maybe an admin could shed some light on how the ratings work.

This 'welcome to the darkside' meets the Matrix colour scheme is great...a very well constructed skin and worthy of more stars. I like it alot

Howdy! Awesome looking skin!!! One question though, how do I get it to change the toolbars in firefox? I've dl toolbars, told wb to use them and applied, but they don't skin......Other than my problem it's a great skin. any help would be appreciated.

'crazyinariz'- I'm not sure how to fix the problem with firefox, there are no toolbar icons included in the WB skin so WB should just use the default set or the set youve told WB to use, , Not sure why it's not letting you use your toolbar icons. Sorry I couldnt help.

This is seriously cool, all the features I've ever wanted in a skin and in the right color! I'm trying to figure out the changing the wallpaper thing too, if I can't I'll just use something else, but it would have been great to pack that up with this thing too. Yeah I know, you can't please everyone, but I'm hoping the suggestion helps out in the future.
