i thought it was good till i actually used it...and it annoyed the hell outa me...to be honest, iyiniyin's skin is WAY better IMO (as for the rip-off thing, they're both just bootleg versions of vista [just the way i love em

I agree with Threi... it's a great skin, it looks great, and it's well done... but I used it for 5 minutes, and I was like, whoa, that's enough of that...

Task Bar Task Bar Task Bar - Everything else pales. If it were a true transparent task bar...... I tried it with Aeros Revenge15 DX Theme and it was pretty cool but if it's guilt (Kol was first) (This is a rip of MS or Kol or iyiniyin, let's be honest but after a while who cares!?!) or just being tired of all these faux Vista/Aero skins... Notice that most of the screenshots of them only got 2 1/2 stars? At first my thought was that was because they undermined WB5 soon to come but if that were true why would they put them up? No, I think all the Vista/Aero stuff is getting pretty generic which is not to say that some people have done some original shots in this area. That's why those shots don't get higher ratings. I'm back to StealthOS Alpha ( A manly Skin!).

Love the skin, but as many have said to be perfect (imho) it needs a transparent start menu and task bar to match the coolness of the rest of the skin, otherwise very nice look!

The taskbar needs to be Transparent & Start menu, Otherwise I think it is a very good job.... I personally could care less what some of you are saying about RazioXe ripping off ppl's work... Maybe RazioXe was working on this before iyiniyin! Perhaps this is turned around a bit, Just perhaps someone needs to flame the other party on their work and then they can see how it feels to be shot down over something that took a very large amount of money to design with countless hours from Microsoft.. Face it ppl, Everyone here owes Micrsoft props, Since most of you have altered their products for years.. Or cloned their products and changed this with that to make just basically ripping them off of their main designs and hard earned work... Just my opinion.... Before you accuse anyone, Sweep under your own mouse pad first!

This skin is awesome with exception of the taskbar, this task bar gave the illusion of see through then I doownloaded it and was very dissaopinted. I dont want to use a wall with blades of grass and dont like being forced into it lol. Fix the taskbar and I will give ya 5 starts

This is a pretty good effort but there are some issues with it. Like others said, the taskbar should be transparent, or more appropriately, a glass effect without the grass. The titlebars of windows seem like they're transparent but they're not, there's just nothing there. If you have a window in the foreground that's on top of another window and that window has buttons, you can press the buttons through the "transparent" titlebar which shouldn't happen. Try to come up with a glass effect that's similar to the taskbar but without the grass and make that glass effect for everything including the titlebars, start menu, program menu, logoff screen, etc. Also, like someone said, having to click on the little black bar on the titlebar to move the window is very annoying. It needs to be anywhere on the titlebar. Maybe the next person to reinvent this theme can perfect it?

Comparing the iyiniyin's skin and this, I would conclude that the images used for the skin are not the same. So this is not a rip but just another attempt at a Vista look. Nobody gave sh** about everyone and their mothers coming up with a "Tiger" theme. How many were there??? 15? 20? Nobody gave credit to anybody, including Apple, for any of those themes so I don't see why RazioXe should give credit to anybody that did a Vista theme before him...

all of them are same in this theme!!!

I dont remember giving permission to anyone except iyiniyin to modified my VistaXP. Becasue the concept is by Microsoft now people can take a theme change two or three graphics and release it as his own theme??? It doesnt work that way. We spent hours and hours working with themes, trying to make them look good (I've been working with my VistaXP theme since July) and we release them free. People NEED to ask permission to release a modified theme.

But one thing that i would have is transparanet meny.
Hope you could fix that on some Vista R2 v.1.2 or something!

The idea is nice, but I had to stop using it. The titlebars just drove me crazy. Seeing through them isn't that big a deal, but having to go to one small part to drag them sucks. I figured I could live with that, but then I noticed that the titlebars don't have any text identifying them. That was the last straw. On chat especially it made it much harder to tell what room I was in.
A suggestion perhaps would be to put the titlebar text in the one clickable section on the titlebar.
Even so I doubt I'd use it, its just too odd to use. WB5 is coming soon and it should do the effect substantially better.

Well, I like the look, tried it out, credit due for modifying what is already a great skin. I've tried all the vista skins out there and there are about three that I would choose. No offence to the other artists, but I keep coming back to KoL's original Vista theme. I just can't get past the completely transparent/clickthrough titlebars. Those are just really throwing off my productivity! I frequently restore/maximize windows by double clicking the titlebar. The small grabber in the top left titlebar work for that purpose, but it's just too small for me. WB4 should support translucent titlebars! Wait for WB5...there will be plenty of opportunities for you guys to make some nice skins with that version! - Webtrance, aka Qx9

Perhaps the reason for all the Upset Whinners, Is A: Because this download works when the one by: iyiniyin does not, Or is the reason for the whinning because this skin by: RazioXe, Smoking the other Transparent in downloads alone not to mention it works alot better!
