The skin is so nice that i had never seen it before!!
But...
the animation of the "start" bottom is quite normal

This sknin looks a lot like Darkstar from the SkinFactory except for the buttons.

Yer, mtechnik was in fact an awesome phpnuke skinner, take a look over at http://www.mtechnik.net/. He gave up on it as people were using his work and rebadging it as their own. Awesome to see your still active in the skinning world M, gg.

Ah! A nuke-themer Love this one alot (tho for some reason my system doesn't ..tends to decide not to show the start menu and I have to 'reload' the skin to get it to work.. very strange..) But I still use it.. so, you know it's gotta be good.
