The taskbar looks strange on top, do you have a fix? -and-
The colors are very cool - would love to see menus use the same background as your start panel. Is this possible?

Love it but a few bugs/suggestions:
The glow effect is too wide- it cuts off abruptly when on a lighter background... also a bit weird around corners. When you go to the max/min etc buttons at top left again the glow is too wide. It also seems a bit polarised? Maybe needs a more gradual shading?
The font is very plain. Also it might look better with a white font on the start menu?
Fantastic work and a skin I want to use! I've always wanted a good Neon skin and this looks so promising!

I did find your "top" taskbar option after you mentioned it but I still have some weirdness going on.

Sorry Mr Blazeaway if you have skinstudio just remove the shadow from the text and the menu will be readable for you

You got the beginnings of something really nice, but it's still not finished. I know it's hard work but you have a good start.
It'd be great to have menu's and backgrounds and animations match the theme.

very intresting concept though maybe some tweaking is needed

i agree with mr urgo. this is on the way to being a great skin but it feels unfinished, for example the menubutton highlight could have rounded corners, the taskbar glow could be smoother,in ur screenshot you can even see how you havent skinned the cancel button on the shutdown dialogue etc.
i just love the blue though, and the way u can change the colour.

The wall is from the desktopX theme Jigsaw by Gef I edited it in photoshop (mirrored the image streched it and overlayed) I will need to ask for permission to distribute as its not all my own work and as you can see my desktop is 1280x800 so I'll Probabley have to remake the image in more universal size. I will be updating this blind to fix some issues and improve the graphics so I will try to get Gef's permission to include the wall in the update.
