Unrar first, then you will find .wba in folder, you need winrar to open file. Jim

A very unusual skin, but, there is something I like about it, the close-expand button is not something I have come accross before,appart from in the no shadow version, very different, I do like it, Jim.

I really liked this....enough to specially DL winrar to get at it (never needed it before); installed it, applied it, found the wretched "apple" on the start button, un-applied it, deleted the skin, deleted winrar. Oh well....

If you are making a skin to share, why don't you make it easier for your user to download and install. I already have winzip. I don't want to install another program just for this skin. Everybody's here posting file with .wba. Why can't the author just follow what's everybody doing?

I love the theme,dont get me wrong,just rather not use rar.But in this case if you want the theme,you use it.

This is an interesting skin. I love the unusual min/max/close buttons, very cool. I am just not a big fan of the compact start menu or you woulda got a five 
BTW, the .RAR thing took all of 2 seconds, a real time consuming pain
