One of the servers seems to be down at the moment. I still could download it by modifying the URL. Here's what I did...
"http: //www. wincustomize .com/download.aspx?LibID=1&SkinID=5508" (the download link) redirects to "http: //skins3. wincustomize .com/MohsinNaqi/wb/ResOS.wba". I changed the "3" to a "2" and the download worked fine. (http: //skins2. wincustomize .com/MohsinNaqi/wb/ResOS.wba)
(Note: the spaces are they so that the urls aren't automatically turned into links.)

This is great, but menus doesn't work well with WB4.6, could you make a WB4.6 substyle?
Anyway imho menus are too plain.

Well preview image wont show, and the download link doesn't either.. "The page cannot be found". Also your site times out when I try to connect to it :/
