That's odd. The exact same files are up on deviantART and people are getting it no problem.
Out of 400 DL's between the 2 sites, only you two has said anything. Try later or try to get it from here...

Also, if you don't have WB5 this skin probably won't look good at all. It works fine on my PC and those that tested it for me.

File Not Found. And no large preview either. It will count the number of downloads just by clicking on "Download" and not the actual file downloading. Deviant Art it is...

Well, thanks for the attentiveness and the alternate DL link.
I dig the skin; I'm not much for fully-transparent titlebar-area spaces, but the skin overall is a joy and integrates masterfully with my Opera skin and setup (Tob's Red skin/forced red colouring).

It is a fine job for a first skin. You seem to have a good grasp on how a skin is assembled. A couple of suggestions...Transparency in the Start Panel is too much. Stark white text on the bright red burns a hole through my head.

Well, I hope the DL link works OK for you all now.
Nigh Train, yeah this them doesn't work with any form of light colored background. Check it out with Skinplants' Gizmo wall and recolor it to match it looks sweet.

Note: I'm already in the process of giving it a tune up and adding other goodies like a compact start menu. I think some buttons need a revamp too!
And BTW Night Train, your skins rock dude.
I just thought of something... why are your start menu fonts white? They should be black. Are you refering to menubar text?

Can't preview it.
Downoaded it fine but when I run the file an error pops up that says "There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds skin?"

To everyone that is having download issues....
This skin works fine, the problem is Wincustomize and NOT the skin. If you can't get it here, I provided a link to deviantART where it has been for 3 days with NO download problems. Please get it from there BEFORE you rape my rating. If there was a problem with the file, I am quite sure it would have been noticed before it was allowed to be added to the library, and someone at WC would have at least emailed me to resubmit. Since that is not the case, the files must be good and the link bad. Logic people, logic.
