Is the wallpaper included or seperate? I'm hoping it isn't included..as I have to disable it every single time I log into my side of windows on my computer..and it's a pain to have to do that..

This is beautiful! There are only a few little annoyances I found: the control panel color is the default color and would look so much better if you made it match the color of the blind. Same for the menu item in the drop down list and the all programs hilite color. Also the midi window and the tootip window aren't defined and they take on the color of whatever blind was last applied. These are things that are easliy missed, and I am looking forward to seeing your next blind! Thank you for sharing!!!!

I read the comments here, installed the skin and........ AWESOME! 
I did look for the wall on this but that not being available, I have several (gobs) of winter walls on my system and Winnie the Pooh and Tigger snowboarding looks fantastic. This is a 5 (five) star skin to me. Looks nice and quite functional. I too have no idea what goes into the various aspects of rating a skin here, but I did give it the high number.

I see this is for XP, a while ago. But looking for some like this for Windows 8. Gonna try this one and see if it'll work..
