I played around with it yesterday and adjusted the more programs arrow, and I am now a real happy camper.
Great colour combination and a clear and easy-on-the-eye design.

Yes, I have the same mouseover issue on IE buttons as mentioned above.
Question: Is there a way to turn down or off the menu dropdown transparency? In OE, for example, it's hard to read when the menu drops down over my folder list.
Glitch?: IE and Windows Explorer let you double-click the upper left Window icon to close the window (the old default in Windows, which I still prefer), but in various programs like OE and Word the double-clicking does nothing other than open and close the menu for the icon.
