lypnjtu...I am really liking this skin. 
However... there are a few little things that you can do to make it much better and more complete:
If you are using Skin Studio , open your file:
Scroll down the left hand side to XP Shell...open special folders, control Panel - change these from default colors to ones that match your skin. Now look at the far right panel( still under control Panel) open Colors - change the background and title colors to match your skin. Now the control panel will not be the default blues. this is where you can change the shell style pictures as well to match your skin.
Look in the central panel...scroll to classic colors...these are still all default blue...change them to colors to match your skin.
Try not to forget the verticle task bars...some people perfer to use them

Exactly what I was looking for only days ago when I found a great Chinese dragon wallpaper. Spring Festival icon set goes great with it too. Thanks so much.
