Its getting a lot better, it looks a lot better than your last version and is starting to look pretty attractive 
My suggestion is to stay away from excessive use of gradients - it just looks "unprofessional" in my view. And also i think the explorer menu and buttons need a little polishing too. Just my little 2 cents

Hi BoXXi, sure is great to see you back submitting WB's.....and WoW, what a superb skin this is. I really love the dark stuff and you've made my day with this one. The colour combination is fantastic and overall is a very usable skin that'll remain in my top 5 for quite some time to come. Thank you very much and 5 stars.

As already mentioned, the text font is so small it is unreadable. Other than that the skin is great!
