Very nice skin 
I love the horizontal pinstripes.
BlackWater, the task bar is not supposed to stretch to the edge of the screen in this skins style. Also, the start button is supossed to be oversized (the way Vista's will be). Personally,I think both those style elements are creative and look great in this skin.

Blackwater after veiwing your screenshot 'Blackwater' I fully understand sorry mate this skin only supports single and double taskbar and not triple size taskbar which you seem to prefer

Love the freshness of the blue and just the right amount of transparency. Horizontal lines look great and the wallpaper is just excellent. The almost purple glow effect is a different touch. Had you thought about toolbar icons perhaps picking out that glow colour just a tad? I'm using Yangges' Skyline Icon package and with your blind it's a desktop that's definitely on the "keeper" database. I look forward to future creations. Thanks for sharing your talent.
